Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
- Enrol through the NIKERI Institute.
- Hold a Commonwealth-supported place.
- Be a new student beginning their studies at Deakin University in Trimester 1, 2025.
- Enrol in either the Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Education program.
No Application Required
This scholarship does not require a separate application. Instead, eligible students will automatically be considered based on academic performance and admission status. Top-performing Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students entering the nursing or education program at the NIKERI Institute will be notified of the award by February 2025.
