Step-by-Step Application Process
1. Verify Eligibility & Institution Participation
Check whether your chosen master’s program and university in Flanders are part of the Master Mind Scholarship scheme.
2. Apply to the Host University
Submit your academic application directly to the institution before its internal deadline (varies by university).
3. University Nomination
If eligible, the university will preselect your application and create a profile for you in the Mobility-Online platform.
4. Upload Supporting Documents
You’ll receive access to the online portal to upload the following:
Passport photo and ID document
Updated CV (include GPA, awards, and publications)
Academic transcript (with certified translation if needed)
Proof of English proficiency or exemption
Motivation letter (in English)
Two recommendation letters (signed and in English)
Copy of diploma (plus certified translation if required)
5. Final Submission
The host university must finalise and submit your completed application by the official deadline:
