Italian Government Scholarships. The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) is now accepting applications for the 2025–2026 academic year. These fully funded scholarships are open to international students and Italians living abroad (IRE) who wish to pursue higher education, research, or language and cultural studies at public or legally recognised universities in Italy.
