Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be an African undergraduate or graduate student enrolled at MSU.
- Conduct research in Africa and return to MSU as a registered student upon completion.
- Demonstrate financial need and be in good academic standing.
- Complete any MSU-required research training (such as IRB training).
- Submit a 3-5 page report to the African Studies Centre within one month of returning to MSU.

Interested candidates must submit their application through the African Studies Centre’s online portal. Applications are accepted from September 1st to January 15th.
