Introduction
The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026–2027 is now open for international applications. This fully funded scholarship is offered by the Government of Singapore to outstanding students from around the world who wish to pursue graduate studies in the fields of science and technology.
Through the SINGA programme, students can study at top universities in Singapore and earn a master’s, PhD, or master’s leading to PhD degree in a dynamic academic environment. The medium of instruction is English, and applicants from all academic backgrounds relevant to science, engineering, or technology are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship Benefits
The Singapore Government Scholarship 2026 covers the following:
- Full tuition fees
- One-time airfare grant (up to S$1,500)
- One-time settling-in allowance (S$1,000)
- Monthly stipend of S$2,700, increased to S$3,200 after passing the qualifying exam

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be an international student
- Have strong academic performance
- Be proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Submit positive academic recommendation letters
- Possess a valid passport
- Be applying for a full-time program in science, engineering, or technology-related fields
There is no age limit for applicants.
Required Documents
All applications must be submitted online. The following documents are required:
- Scanned copy of passport
- Recent passport-size photo
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree certificates and transcripts (in English)
- 2 letters of recommendation (submitted online by referees)
- English proficiency proof (if required by the university)
